Turmeric Golden Milk Shot

Yields 8 servings

Ingredients

1/4 tsp ground turmeric1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper16 oz. coconut milk1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

Add all ingredients in a Mason jar, put the top on securely, and shake to combine.
